Sunbutter Breakfast CookiesJump to Recipe
I don’t know about you, but I can’t say no to cookies for breakfast. Especially when they are filled with melty chocolate and good-for-you ingredients. These SunButter breakfast cookies are allergy-friendly, take minutes to make, and are fluffy bites of deliciousness.
A few weeks ago, I went to my friend’s 3rd grade class for “Wellness Week” to discuss being a Nutritionist and an entrepreneur. I brought the students these cookies and a few of them said “I want these every morning!” I loved that I could make an allergy-friendly cookie that all of them could enjoy and that was made with nutrient-dense ingredients.
