I taught a smoothie class at my local Pilates studio about a month ago, and the feedback was so great that I wanted to share the handouts with you all as well! To build a healthy and filling smoothie, I always try to incorporate protein, fiber, and fat. Sometimes I will also add various superfoods/toppings, but that isn’t necessary!
