Protein donuts TWO ways – chocolate & birthday cake! Just looking at donuts makes me happy, anyone else? These little cuties are perfect for a quick breakfast or snack and are so light and fluffy. The chocolate are made with cacao pea protein and the birthday cake ones are made with hemp seeds! Both have simple ingredients and are low in sugar (~6 g natural sugar per donut)
PS – Neither of these donuts are very sweet! If you are looking for them to be sweeter, a great way would be to add a sweeter frosting! You could also add 1-2 tbsp more sweetener, but I haven’t tried this and therefore can’t say with certainty it will result the same.
