Birthday Cake Protein Donuts

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Blend together hemp seeds, unsweetened apple sauce, vanilla extract and maple syrup until smooth. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, then add hemp seed mixture.
  • Mix together coconut flour and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • Fill 6-hole silicone donut pan (or grease if using a regular a 6-hole donut pan) about ¾ the way full. Top with sprinkles
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes
