Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups
These peanut butter frozen yogurt cups are a dream on a hot Summer day! You only need 4 ingredients to make these, and they are high in protein and low in sugar! You can meal prep them for the week and enjoy frozen or just keep them in the fridge for convenient little yogurt cups (will be yogurt texture in the fridge)
What You’ll Need:
To make these Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups, you’ll just need 4 ingredients!
Ingredients:
- greek yogurt
- honey
- peanut butter
- dark chocolate peanut butter cups
* Possible substitutes listed below. NOTE: I have not personally tried any of these substitutes for this recipe, however I believe they could work.
- if you are dairy-free, you can easily substitute your favorite dairy-free yogurt!
- instead of honey, you could use maple syrup
- in place of peanut butter, you could definitely use a different nut/seed butter
- instead of dark chocolate peanut butter cups, you could substitute for any nut/seed butter cups
How To Make:
All you need to do for this recipe is mix together the yogurt, honey, and peanut butter, then add in the chocolate pb cups! Then, fill 12 silicone muffin liners with the mixture. Freeze them for frozen yogurt cups, or you can also just refrigerate the cups and have them as convenient little yogurt cups (they will be yogurt texture if kept in fridge)
Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Cups
Ingredients
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup dark chocolate peanut butter cups chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, peanut butter and honey until smooth. Fold in peanut butter cups.
- Line a muffin tin with 12 silicone muffin liners (can buy for $8 on amazon). Fill each cup ~3/4 to the top with yogurt mixture.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours (not longer or ice crystals will form), and then enjoy or transfer to an airtight container.
- OR instead of freezing, you can keep them in the refrigerator for convenient little yogurt cups (will be yogurt texture if kept in the fridge)
