
These will literally melt in your mouth. That’s it. That’s the blog post.
Ingredients:
- Almond flour
- Coconut cream
- Coconut oil
- Maple syrup
- Cacao powder
- Beet root powder
- Vanilla extract
They are paleo + vegan (depending on chocolate/sprinkles used) & only take 2 minutes to make the batter, a little refrigeration time & some melted chocolate! Aka deliciousness ready in no time.


No-Bake Red Velvet Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tbsp beet root powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- dash of salt
Chocolate Coating
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chocolate of choice
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, beet root, cacao, salt) & in a separate bowl, wet ingredients (coconut cream, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract). Then add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until smooth
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then roll into 12-16 balls
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil (on stovetop over low heat, stirring frequently OR in microwave)
- Using a fork, dip each ball into the chocolate and then place on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper. Add sprinkles on top (optional)
- Freeze for 15-20 minutes, or until chocolate hardens. Enjoy 🙂
