I like watching the Super Bowl, but I’m definitely more into the snacks & commercials. Whether you will be actually paying attention to the game or not, this buffalo cauliflower dip is delicious, easy addition to your snack spread! It’s vegetarian, takes just a few minutes to prep & pairs perfectly with celery, chips or anything else!
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower rice
- Buffalo sauce – I used The New Primal “Mild Buffalo Sauce”
- Cream cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Ranch seasoning – I used Primal Palate “Garden Ranch Seasoning Mix”
- Optional toppings: green onions & blue cheese
Ingredients
- 3 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 (𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥):
- green onions
- blue cheese
Instructions
- Sauté cauliflower rice for 3-4 minutes, or until softened
- Blend together with all other ingredients (OR for chunkier texture, just mix all ingredients together instead of blending)
- Bake in oven safe dish at 400 degrees F for 18-20 mins
