Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cauliflower rice⁣
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 6 oz cream cheese⁣
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella ⁣
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning

𝐓𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 (𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥):⁣

  • green onions
  • blue cheese

Instructions
 

  • Sauté cauliflower rice for 3-4 minutes, or until softened⁣
  • Blend together with all other ingredients (OR for chunkier texture, just mix all ingredients together instead of blending)⁣
  • Bake in oven safe dish at 400 degrees F for 18-20 mins
