Mint Chocolate Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter or preferred nut butter
- 1/3 cup Nuzest probiotic cacao pea protein
- 3-4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp milk of choice
- 1.5 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips + more to sprinkle on top
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, honey, peppermint extract and milk together until smooth. Then mix in pea protein and cacao powder & finally, add in the mini chocolate chips
- Line a 8×8 dish with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture across bottom
- Sprinkle more mini chocolate chips over top and press down with a spatula
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs, cut & enjoy ♥️
