Mint Chocolate Protein Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter or preferred nut butter
  • 1/3 cup Nuzest probiotic cacao pea protein
  • 3-4 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1.5 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips + more to sprinkle on top

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, honey, peppermint extract and milk together until smooth. Then mix in pea protein and cacao powder & finally, add in the mini chocolate chips
  • Line a 8x8 dish with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture across bottom⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • Sprinkle more mini chocolate chips over top and press down with a spatula ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs, cut & enjoy ♥️
