Apple Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 3 tbsp Subutter
- 1 apple skinned and diced
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1-2 tsp apple pie spice or cinnamon
- 𝘖𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 greek yogurt, Sunbutter, Apple Pie Spice
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or sealable container.
- Refrigerate overnight & enjoy warm or cold in the morning 🙂
