Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats⁣
  • 1 cup milk of choice⁣
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce⁣
  • 3 tbsp Subutter
  • 1 apple skinned and diced⁣
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal⁣
  • 2 tsp maple syrup ⁣
  • 1-2 tsp apple pie spice or cinnamon ⁣
  • 𝘖𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘵𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 greek yogurt, Sunbutter, Apple Pie Spice

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or sealable container. ⁣
  • Refrigerate overnight & enjoy warm or cold in the morning :) ⁣
