Almond Joy Protein Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup pea protein
  • ΒΌ cup cacao powder
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Mix together almond butter, maple syrup, milk and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in pea protein and cacao powder and mix until no clumps remain
  • Make into 16-20 balls and roll each one in coconut flakes.
  • Best kept in the refrigerator or freezer!
