In a medium mixing bowl, whisk almond flour and pea protein together. In a separate bowl, mix cashew butter, honey, milk, coconut oil and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the dry ingredients to wet and mix until well combined. If necessary, add 1-2 tbsp more pea protein powder to thicken batter.
Fold in chocolate chips. Spread evenly across bread pan.
Refrigerate for 2+ hours or until firm. Cut into 8+ bars & enjoy :)
