Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the meatball ingredients. Form into 12-16 meatballs.
In an oven-safe skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the meatballs to the skillet and brown on each side, about 1-2 minutes. Pour in marinara sauce and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the sauce.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 160°F. While baking, make the zucchinin noodles or spaghetti according to the package instructions. Serve zoodles or spaghetti topped with meatballs, sauce and fresh basil.
