Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the meatball ingredients. Form into 16 meatballs.
Add meatballs to an 8x8 glass baking dish lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking oil spray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 160°F.
While baking, make the zucchini noodles or spaghetti according to the package instructions. Serve spaghetti or zoodles topped with meatballs, remaining pesto, extra parmesan cheese and fresh basil (optional).
