Double Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp whey protein powder (I used vanilla, but chocolate works too!)
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup tahini or any drippy nut/seed butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat
  • Mix together tahini, maple syrup and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, cacao powder and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until dough-like. *if the dough is still too sticky to roll into balls, add 1 more tbsp protein powder.
  • Roll into 15 balls and and push down slightly to flatten.
  • Bake for 7-9 minutes. Let cool & enjoy!
