SunButter Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup organic sunbutter
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix together sunbutter, maple and vanilla.
  • In a seperate bowl, mix together dry ingredients (rolled oats, flaxseed meal, dried cranberries, mini chocolate chips). Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until well combined
  • Refrigerate for 20-30 min, or until dough is firm enough to roll into balls.
  • Roll into 16 balls & enjoy! Best kept in refrigerator.
