Crust

Filling

full fat coconut milk

Chocolate drizzle (melt together)

chocolate chips

coconut oil
Instructions
Line 12 muffin slots (silicon cups work best)
In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients for the crust. Place 1 tbsp mixture in each cup and press down
Blend together all ingredients for the filling. Pour 2 heaping tbsp in each cup
Freeze for 2-3+ hours, or until the filling hardens.
Drizzle with melted chocolate mixture, freeze for additional 5-10 min & enjoy
Notes
* I like them best when they thaw for a few minutes
