Pumpkin Pie Protein Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 5 tbsp pumpkin purée ⁣
  • 1/4 cup honey⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • 1/2 cup pea protein
  • 1 tbsp milk of choice
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • Optional: 1/4 cup white chocolate chips ⁣

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, pumpkin purée, honey, vanilla extract and milk together until smooth. Then mix in pea protein and pumpkin spice. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • Line a 8x8 dish with parchment paper and evenly spread mixture across bottom⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • Sprinkle the white chocolate whips over top and press down with a spatula ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs, cut & enjoy ♥️⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
