Sauté onions until translucent. Add cauliflower rice and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Blend onion and cauliflower with coconut cream, then add back to the pan with garlic, butter and flour. Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently
Add potatoes, broth and cream mixture to the crockpot
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hrs
